Refund Policy

PFI aims to ensure the satisfaction of all trainees. Below is our refund policy for training programs and services.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Refunds are available only for cancellations made within 7 days of enrollment.
1.2 After the training program has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

2. Request Process

2.2 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon approval.

3. Exceptions

3.1 Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Failure to complete the program due to personal reasons.
  • Violation of PFI’s terms and conditions.

4.1 In exceptional cases, PFI may consider refunds beyond the stated policy at its sole discretion.
